Zhongyi Embodied Intelligence was founded in April 2026 and is headquartered in Nanshan, Shenzhen. Positioned as an OS-level foundation and embodied intelligence infrastructure platform for the robotics industry, it remains industry-neutral and does not engage in robot body manufacturing. The company has developed a three-tier technical architecture comprising a cloud brain, edge midbrain, and device-side cerebellum, along with a Physical World OS that unifies access, management, and scheduling of all heterogeneous devices and agents within a space, addressing issues such as fragmented data across multi-brand robots, low collaboration efficiency, and high deployment costs. In 2026, it launched Tiangongji, a full robot lifecycle service platform pioneering an asset-light model integrating leasing, secondary development, maintenance, and supply chain services. In September 2026, it completed nearly RMB 100 million in angel round financing, led by the controlling shareholder of Andar Intelligent.
