Xinjie Guanghe

Xinjie Guanghe was founded in January 2026 in Minhang, Shanghai, as a commercialization venture of the State Key Laboratory of Optical Communication at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Centered on its Photonic Nexus all-optical interconnect platform, the company provides silicon photonic chips, optical engines, and optical switching systems for AI computing clusters, high-performance computing, and intelligent computing centers, targeting the bandwidth, power, and latency bottlenecks of electrical interconnects. On September 14, 2026, Xinjie Guanghe announced the completion of a angel round of several hundred million yuan, co-led by Yuanhe Puhua and Yida Capital.
