Xiyuan Robotics

Xiyuan Robotics was founded in July 2026 and is registered in Shenzhen. Its legal representative is Xie Xing, a co-founder of RoboSense, and its largest shareholder is RoboSense founder Qiu Chunxin. The company took over RoboSense's embodied robot full-machine business and related assets, which were sold for a cash consideration of RMB 59.878 million, marking the complete independence of RoboSense's robot full-machine operations. In September 2026 the company completed an angel round backed by Xin Capital, Matrix Partners China and Yuanma Lvdong.
