Trace Intelligence

Trace Intelligence was founded in April 2026 in Xuhui, Shanghai, by Pan Hongyang, a PhD from Fudan University's State Key Laboratory of Integrated Chips and Systems. The company focuses on dedicated edge AI inference chips, and its self-developed Agentic EDA platform compresses design cycles from the traditional 24–36 months to about 6 months. In September 2026, it completed an angel round of over RMB 100 million, with participation from Lisi Capital, Yunqi Partners, Fudan Science and Technology Innovation, and others.
