Chixin Semiconductor

Founded in 2020, Chixin Semiconductor is headquartered in Changsha with an R&D center in Shanghai and focuses on the development and sales of ultra-wideband (UWB) chips as a communications and positioning chip supplier. Its core team comes from leading semiconductor design companies, and all key technologies, including analog, RF, baseband, algorithms, protocol stack software and hardware, are developed in-house to enable turnkey solutions. The CX100, CX310 and CX500 UWB chip series are in mass production and are penetrating smart home, smart radar, new energy vehicle and industrial scenarios, with shipments to leading customers in consumer electronics, IoT, automotive electronics and industry. In September 2026 the company completed an over RMB 200 million A+ round led by Yanpu Precision.
